We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion, including in cases of suspected misuse or where we are unable to provide the requested service.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session price. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Free discovery calls may be cancelled at any time without penalty.
